The Inno-Change International Consultants is implementing this project under the technical assistance (TA) contract with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) entitled TA-6924 REG: Southeast Asia Public Management, Financial Sector, and Trade Policy Facility (Phase II) – HCD2-I-F Labor Market Activation/Skills Development_HCD2-I-F (56047-001).
