Inno-Change International Consultants, Inc. (IIC) is an ISO 9001:2015 certified research, training, and consulting firm based in the Philippines, with an annual turnover of over a million USD. While relatively recently established, IIC’s critical management team, individual consultants and associates have extensive consulting experience having completed technical assistance development projects offering focused solutions and breakthrough performance for their clients over the past 20 years, spanning various countries and regions, with a particular focus on Southeast Asia, South Asia, East Asia and the Pacific.

IIC’s founders comprise experienced international consultants and academics whose areas of expertise are in education (early childhood, basic, primary, secondary, tertiary and vocational education and training), health systems management, organizational development, gender and social development, human resources management and development, judicial reforms and environment and resources management.

IIC was founded and structured in early 2016 to respond to the pressing need of developing counties and their international development partners to bring together multidisciplinary teams of professional consultants to combine their expertise in order to identify unique and practical solutions to the social and economic development challenges, specifically in areas of education, health and poverty reduction. To this end, IIC has drawn together a talent pool of more than 100 experienced professionals /specialists with expertise in diverse fields including education, health, economics, law, public finance and administration, providing extensive flexibility in assembling the best team for each project undertaken. This pool of consultants has been involved in more than 100 projects, either individually contracted, with IIC or other firms, funded by UN Systems, the World Bank (WB), Asian Development Bank (ADB), USAID, AusAid, Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), and foreign governments and non-government organizations.

IIC’s full-time management and support staff and officers have been top executives of international consulting firms and have provided consulting and advisory services to multilateral agencies, multinational firms, and local government agencies in the Philippines and Asia-Pacific.
