The Indonesia Led-Learning Network (IELLN) of TA-9229 REG: Support to the Association of Southeast Asian Nations Economic Community – Labor Market Activation Program is one of the two subprojects funded by the Asian Development Bank. This model focuses on upgrading demand-driven technical skills by putting employers in the driver’s seat when it comes to identifying the skills that are necessary. A group of like-minded enterprises from a specific sector or regional network, come together to identify the shared training needs of their employees and develop a plan to meet these needs
