Opening Ceremony of the training program for E-commerce ad Digital Marketing of Network 2 Semarang, under Indonesia Employer-Led Learning Network (IELLN) of the Technical Assistance Project “Support to the Association of Southeast Asian Nations Economic Community – Labor Market Activation Program” funded by Asian Development Bank.
The IELLN model is focused on improving the skills and competencies of business owners, HRD
managers and existing employees by putting the employers in the driver’s seat when it comes to identifying the capabilities necessary to meet the challenges of a higher level of skills/upskilling and Industry 4.0.
