Inno-Change International Consultants, Inc. will be providing assistance in the preparation of the Lao PDR for the Skills Enhancement for Inclusive and Green Economic Development Project. Our team of experts will be focusing on Gender and Social Development. The funding for these initiatives is provided by the Asian Development Bank.
