The Inno-Change International organized a 3-day Product Management Training for Semarang Network members under the IELLN Sub-project of TA-9229 REG: Support to the Association of Southeast Asian Nations Economic Community – Labor Market Activation Program funded by the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
The Indonesia Led-Learning Network (IELLN) primary objective is to institutionalize a mechanism for employers to identify their skills needs and provide the necessary training to their employees to cope with the requirements of digitalization and boost productivity.
